• Waivers: electronic signature, timestamp, and IP address when you sign a liability waiver.

We retain account and registration data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Liability waiver records are retained for a minimum of seven years to comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account data by emailing us.

The Dirt Crew program serves youth participants. We collect rider information as part of registration and liability compliance, and this information is provided by the parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.
