By accessing or using the Goat Adventures website (goatadventurer.com) or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

• Use our services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of our website or services.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access.

3. Accounts

To access certain features — such as ride sign-ups, Dirt Crew registration, and membership — you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Memberships & Payments

Paid memberships are billed on the terms selected at the time of purchase (annual). All prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Memberships auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 30 days of a charge if you have a concern.

5. Dirt Crew Program

Enrollment in the Dirt Crew youth program requires completion of a registration form and a signed liability waiver by a parent or legal guardian. By submitting registration, the parent or guardian confirms they are authorized to enroll the rider and agree to the program's terms, including the liability waiver. Registration fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as determined by our scholarship policy.

6. Liability & Assumption of Risk

Mountain biking is an inherently risky activity. By participating in any Goat Adventures ride, event, or program, participants (or their guardians) acknowledge and accept the risks associated with outdoor sports, including but not limited to falls, collisions, equipment failure, and terrain hazards. A separate liability waiver is required for rides and youth program enrollment.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Goat Adventures unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goat Adventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or participation in our events.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Goat Adventures is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
